Recycled silver heavy ring

The silver is repeatedly heated and shaped using a metal hammer and stake to curl it into this wonderful flowing organic band. You’ll see it mirrors the shape of the forged bangle which I also have available on the website.

This ring would be suitable for both men and women - and also works well as a thumb ring.

If you are ordering this ring at the sale price in September, it will be made specially for you and will be sent for its hallmark toward the end of September, so you won’t receive it until early October.

I have several sizes in stock already to be made. If you are not sure how to work out what size you need, let me know and I’ll be able to help. If I don’t have one in stock, I will make to your own size specification.

Sustainability

Recycled silver represents a more sustainable and environmentally friendly way of making jewellery. It is absolutely equivalent to sterling silver, apart from the silver content is not newly mined; it is recycled from previously used silver, or silver waste. The ring has been hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office, confirming the fineness of the silver.

The ring will arrive swaddled in bamboo wadding, wrapped in eco-friendly hemp fabric, and tied with a piece of beautiful hand-dyed bamboo silk. Further information about our approach to sustainability can be found here.

Delivery

All items are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery which will require a signature on receipt. A delivery cost of £3.50 will be added at the checkout for all orders below £60. Orders above £60 are delivered free of charge. Further information about shipping can be found here.
